Merry Christmas!

We thought we'd take a minute to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. C and I were asked to be Mary and Joseph at our temple's live nativity, and we had an enjoyable time. It was a really great way to spend Christmas Eve. Surprisingly, instead of thinking about being Mary with the Christ child, I spent more time thinking about me and C being parents one day. In one word...WHOA.

Ok, I'm upset that you didn't tell me you were going to be "performing" in the live nativity...I would have come.

I spent a good part of the afternoon reading your blog since I just found out it existed. It has been both informative and entertaining.....I have a question about the picture of C in the PJ outfit...was the picture taken by a professional?

Also, the story about the cheesecakes made me laugh so hard I cried.

i know you would have come: this is exactly why i didn't tell anyone (C's mother knew, however). sorry you didn't.

and i'm glad you've been enjoying and learning from the blog. i'm excited about yours too. and yes, the picture was taken by a professional, but not of C. i just cut and pasted his head in. and yes, the cheesecake story is one of the best.

So this comment has nothing to do with this post, it has to do with one of your many creations. I don't know how else to get a hold of you. Anyway, I love the geneology tree you made for your in-laws. I would love more details on how exactly you did it whenever you get the chance.

Erin are you standing on a stool in this picture? You are about as tall as Chuck! Perhaps it's a Christmas Miracle!
