After Lauren was born, I lost TONS of hair. I got funny little bangs like that when my hair started to grow back! I wonder if that's what's happening to you?!
Oh yeah! I've been there. I lost so much hair while I was nursing David; eventually my hair started growing just like that. I used a lot of hairspray and hair clips. Fun stuff.

that is exactly what is happening. you have lost hair due to baby and now it's growing back. my hair cutter lady warned me about this. oh the joys of having babies. i have the same problem right now but my lame o bangs are a little longer than yours, but not long enough to blend in with the rest of my hair. they are so wacky that i HAVE to use a curling iron to try to tame them. the rest of my hair is straight so i too resemble the thin, wispy bang hair-do of jr. high days...oh the shame! i may have to post mine as well, you would feel a lot better.
