the bread looks way good - how do you feel it turned out? i made some on saturday and was very pleased - even though i didn't use a bosch or freshly-ground flour. someday, sigh. but totally good anyways!
Wow, I'm totally impressed by those who bake their own bread. I honestly am a little afraid of yeast, therefore, I don't make bread. Maybe I just need to try it and get over it!!
I am a bit of a bread snob. In fact, this very week I realized that someday I'm going to start baking my own bread. Not yet, but someday. This recipe looks great.
the bread turned out okay. i should have baked it just a little bit longer. with all that goodness and humidity, it just needed a bit more time in the oven.
looks great, except for one thing, no two, you need a fountain coke to sit beside the plate and some butter on that bread!!! ;)
